A restaurant a little out of the way, but well worth the effort (and the walk to get there is fun). To get there, take a water cab up the steps. Once up there, enjoy the view... and the cuisine: Caribbean, seafood, typical Nicaraguan recipes. It's a great place to eat local in an enchanting setting. You'll be welcomed by Shawn and Lisa, who also rent out rooms in their secluded little paradise. Staying here will give you the chance to enjoy a delicious breakfast (pancakes and local fruit).
