This church to the east of the village of Bulh contains a priceless treasure in the choir of its nave.
To the east of the village of Bulh, the choir of the nave houses a priceless treasure: an altarpiece dedicated to the Passion of Christ. Little-known but nonetheless exceptional, it has been listed as a Monument Historique since 1863. A major work of Rhenish painting, it is the only painted triptych in Alsace not housed in a museum. Created in the 15th century by the school of Martin Schongauer, it depicts a remarkable crucifixion several meters wide, and has always been a focal point of the art world.
