Disneyland park includes all the timeless attractions inherited from the Disney universe

It brings together all the timeless attractions inherited from the Disney universe, as well as the must-see new world of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, whose creation in 2019 was made possible by the acquisition of the Lucasfilm production company seven years earlier. The first theme park ever built - in 1955 - Disneyland Park has served as a model for many others on the planet, and has become one of the most visited places in the world.

As a result, it's packed in summer, at weekends and during school vacations - the peak being reached when these three periods are combined. Waiting times to access the attractions can reach 2 hours... Right in the sun! To avoid long queues, we recommend arriving as soon as the gates open, and starting with the most popular attractions, such as Indiana Jones Adventure, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion. And don't forget mealtimes - usually between 11.30am and 1.30pm, and again between 5.30pm and 8pm.

And don't hesitate to use the Disney Genie service, also available at Disney California Adventure Park. In concrete terms, this involves scanning your ticket at the attraction's kiosk to receive a ticket with a time slot during which you must return. But be warned: you can only take one pass at a time, and it's only available at the busiest attractions.

I'm a long time annual pass snob, so I'm especially crabby about how awful Disneyland is now. Prices are way beyond the worth of the park these days, and an upcharge for a previously free service (Fastpass) for a much more limited experience (Genie+) is robbery. It's a privilege to be here, but as a family of 4 with mixed ages and a moderate budget we are paying a massive expense for a terrible time. Bring back Fastpass for all so everyone can get a chance to coordinate their day in the most suitable way for their individual circumstance! I know the mouse needs his cheese, but this ain't it, Disney.

brought my wife along with me to celebrate my goddaughter’s birthday. got this place that had macarons, i absolutely devoured the belgian dark chocolate macaron. then inside disneyland’s tomorrowland i got the alien macarooooooon, n it looked just like aliens from the movie!

we got a military discount on the discounts which was a very nice surprise. we ended up using the savings from the military to have it go towards the lightning lane and genie thing so we could get to the front of lines significantly faster. in the star tours ride we ended saving a 45 minutes according to the lil machine outside.

so again, highly recommended the genie/lightning lane upgrade if you can afford it.

Spending a day is not enough. It is a huge area that is a lot of fun for children but also for adults. It enters a man made world full of fantasy and magic.

Goo experience overall but a couple of surprising and disappointing complaints. First in galaxy’s edge to get a better photo of the x wing I stood on a small walk wall where one would typically sit and a couple of employees literally yelled at me. I was very surprised to learn that Disneyland’s employees treat patrons this way but the next complaint had me livid. So I understand that there’s a special event that is Star Wars Nite and the event itself is exclusive and starts at 9. So around 7 I noticed that there was a tattooine billboard that was obvious for taking pictures. I was attending alone and there was an employee there and I asked her to take a photo with my phone and she denied. A manager and another employee came up to relieve the woman and walking up was a mother and her child and the child asked her mother to take her photo in front of the tattooine photo shoot board. The mother asked the workers who were slightly in the way if she could take her child’s photo saying it was for the event that started in 2 hours. They denied her and they left upset. That made me so angry to see Disney employees and manager to deny a child’s request. If they wanted only patrons for the special event to only get those photos then they should have covered up the photo shoot so no one could see it or they should have put it up moments before the event were to start instead of denying patrons and a child’s magical moment at their favorite place. Higher expectations are needed at Disneyland Anaheim. Also better service at the droid depot in the morning shift except 1 employee in my experience went above and beyond helping me and that was Chloe. I adore her
