By taking over this small restaurant in March 2024, Germain Suchet has kept his promise to continue delighting us with tasty organic buckwheat pancakes made with local produce. Sourcing from the region's finest producers, including Zinzin de Sarrasin flour mill and Gobé butchery (near the restaurant), the chef champions the quality, terroir and authenticity of a bowl of cider, with a touch of originality in his accompaniments: lemon cream, honey, walnuts, cider jelly... Despite the simplicity of the decor, we're won over!
