By taking over this small restaurant in March 2024, Germain Suchet has kept his promise to continue delighting us with tasty organic buckwheat pancakes made with local produce. Sourcing from the region's best producers, including Zinzin de Sarrasin flour mill and Gobé butchery (near the restaurant), the chef stands for quality, terroir and the authenticity of a bowl of cider, added to a touch of originality in his accompaniments: lemon cream, honey, walnuts, cider jelly... Despite the simplicity of the decor, we're won over.
