Friendly people! only thing: the car was not really clean in and outside.
The staff at the office, a delightful lady and gentleman, demonstrated exceptional communication skills and efficiently had the car ready within minutes. The location is extremely convenient, situated right at the cruise terminal gate with a short walking distance, and there's also a shuttle bus available. It was a delightful experience, allowing me to explore some attractive places that the tour bus didn't include. Highly recommended!
