Building that has retained its authenticity and picturesque facade, giving it a real Oklahoma City saloon feel
Western Avenue is on the route of the Route 66 alternative Beltline. In 1973, John Dunning bought this building which was a garage from the glory days of The Mother Road. After many years of using it as a storage facility, he turned it into an antique store in 2001. But everything has a time... Despite its closure in 2014 and its gradual decrepitude, this building has retained its saloon airs. A relic that will undoubtedly disappear in the years to come.
