The property originated in 1925 as the Clinton Country Club & Golf Course. In 2001 Nelson King acquired the site, which had been abandoned in the 1980s after a long decline. He named the restaurant after his first dog (White Dog) and the bar after his second (Beans). White Dog is now buried on the hill that bears his name: White Dog Hill. If the room of the White Dog is often full, it is because the history is there and that the dishes, traditional as desired, are of great quality.

Mention spéciale pour leur cuisine. Bien fraîche, superbement présentée, savoureuse. Un pur moment de délice dans ce resto à Clinton.
