Historic old bridge a few kilometers from the town of Tucumcari, considered a vestige of another era
An old historic bridge that crosses the border between New Mexico and Texas. It's not really a major point of interest, but it's worth being aware that you're crossing this bridge when you cross the border in either direction. A relic of another era, this bridge was built in 1936 where Route 66 crosses San Jon Creek. It is only a few miles from the town of Tucumcari.
