One of the best restaurants in Albuquerque. It's a good idea to make a reservation on the website before visiting. The decor is refined without being stuffy, the cuisine meticulous and inventive, and the wine list well diversified. Steamed artichoke is one of the specialties, with its three sauces: lemon and caper aioli, clarified butter and raspberry vinaigrette. The pumpkin ravioli is homemade, served with sage cream, roasted Italian tomatoes, toasted hazelnuts and Parmesan. Smiling, quality service.
