Spacious rooms in a historic hotel with family restaurant, store and bar. A good address for hikers.
This hotel was built in 1935. The cabins ( Buckey O'Neill and Red Horse) attached to it are older, dating from the 1890s. The rooms are very nice, and quite spacious. The place has a family restaurant and a store. The lodge is the starting point for mule rides. You can eat at the Bright Angel Restaurant, as well as at the Fountain snack bar and the Lodge bar. The early morning wake-up call at the edge of the Grand Canyon is a delight.

A warm welcome, rooms spartan but there is not essential... Exceptional location, the alarm clock morning at the edge of Grand Canyon, simply magical. The nearby restaurant is very well.
