This bistro is unquestionably the best in Wellfleet village. The oysters here are so mischievous that they can only be enjoyed at lunchtime, with a drizzle of lemon or a homemade cocktail sauce. That's right, Americans love their oysters with a tomato or spicy sauce! In the evening, the menu becomes more refined, with a focus on fish. Grilled, pan-fried or fried, it comes in many varieties: salmon, cod, sole, catch of the day... We preferred the main dining room to the veranda overlooking the parking lot. Friendly service.
