In the Morgan family, ask for the sister! While her brother was the founder of the now-famous American investment bank JP Morgan, Sarah Morgan's life was more discreet, but very sweet nonetheless. It was in 1891 that she acquired this vast mansion in the central Berkshires, the home of the Massachusetts gentry. She spent her summers here with her family. Most of the period ornaments have been preserved.
