Located in the beautiful town of Manchester, in southern New Hampshire, the Stephen Clay Homestead Bed and Breakfast is a charming guest house that has been open since 2000. Owners Ed and Theresa purchased this beautiful 200+ year-old colonial home with the intention of restoring it and opening their own B&B. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, fruit trees and stone walls, the B&B features three en-suite guest rooms, four working fireplaces and central air conditioning for summer comfort. The B&B also offers open-air weddings and intimate rehearsal dinners. Rooms are tastefully decorated and offer all modern comforts, such as TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Rates range from $200 to $450 per night, depending on the room chosen. Reservations are strongly recommended, as the establishment has a limited number of rooms.
