After the guest houses, the guest cabins! Claire Stickland and Yvan Payonne made a wooden cabin in duplex of 40 m ² extended from a terrace of 25 m ² around an old chestnut of two centuries dominating the surrounding area. The environment, comfort and facilities (2 rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom…) justify the very high price of this cabin "perched in Le Perche". A summer kitchen under the cabin allows you to enjoy the breathtaking view of the hilly countryside, in the midst of a large natural garden of 10 hectares where the facilities of Land Art reveal themselves on the path.
