This is a well-known and popular address with a pleasant atmosphere, built around the kitchen that opens onto the dining room. On the menu: roasted meats, sautéed chicken livers, steamed mussels with garlic butter... Meat and seafood cooked to perfection, a delight. Fresh produce is regional and seasonal. Anecdotally, it was this restaurant that put Portland on the map of American gourmet cities some twenty years ago. And today, it continues to live up to its reputation!
