As its name suggests, four red brick fireplaces stand on this pretty mansion. Inside, vast rooms with refined decoration. A top-of-the-range service is offered here, hence the slightly high prices. The restaurant, open since the 1950s, has an excellent reputation and has received stars such as Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, Walt Disney and Norman Rockwell. On weekends, during the high season, it is compulsory to book for a minimum of two nights.
