Here's a nice stop to make on the way out of Woodstock. This 200-acre farm has been in the same family for three generations. As a cheese lover, you are here in the den of artisanal cheese making, goat, sheep and buffalo. If you can't decide which one to buy, you will of course be able to taste them! You will also discover the ancestral way of making the regional star: maple syrup. There is no need to make a reservation, you can just stop by if you are in the area.
