PROHIBITION PIG

This pub epitomizes the shift Vermont has undergone in recent years. A large, street-fronted room serving home-brewed beers. No less than 8 draught beers, dark, lager, flavored or not, and of course a wide choice of cocktails and wines by the glass. Catering options range from the traditional burger served with excellent fries cooked in duck fat to local cheese served with crackers. All in a pleasant setting, with posters and old beer crates as decoration. Also a restaurant.
