Museum with a collection of stuffed birds and dolls, old toys, fossils, shells and a planetarium
This museum, housed in a Victorian building, is home to an amazing collection of stuffed birds along with dolls, antique toys, fossils and shells. The museum's exhibits include New England wildlife. Vermont's only planetarium is also housed in this museum. The building is also a discovery in its own right. Franklin Fairbanks, a wealthy heir, founded the institution in 1891.
