Opened in 1998, Gracie's is considered Providence's flagship. Chef Matthew Varga offers refined cuisine inspired by seasonal produce. The entire staff, from the pastry chef to the sommelier to the room manager, is dedicated to making your dinner a unique experience. The dishes are tasty, from duck with cherries to tagliatelle with squash and foie gras as a starter. Very good restaurant. A little expensive. One of the best in Providence. Good wine list.
