Located within the Castle Hill Inn, this restaurant, one of the best in town, is just as distinguished as the hotel, a member of the Relais & Châteaux chain. The chef reworks the classics of regional cuisine in his own uncluttered way, using little-known ingredients such as spicy panis with vadouvan or subarashi pear to accompany Maine lobster. The menu is seasonal and evolving. The wine list is particularly well-stocked. Weather permitting, dine on the terrace overlooking the sea.

Pour la vue sur la baie de Newport. Ca vaut le coup. La nourriture: bof (pas mal)!
