Porto's historic train station is an attraction in itself, with its magnificent azulejos that everyone comes to see. You will also see mosaics "inlaid" on the surrounding stones, a real work of goldsmiths. As far as transport is concerned, it is mostly suburban and regional trains that go north (Braga, Guimaraes...). A train connects it to the station of Campanhã every 20 minutes. Depending on the location of your accommodation, check which station is the closest... Luggage lockers are available, on the left as you enter.

Magnifique gare qui mérite à être vu même si on n'a pas de train à prendre. Son hall de azulejos est extraordinaire

Très joli hall qui mérite le détour à lui seul. Personnel très sympathique et qui fait toujours un effort pour parler la langue des clients.

Même la gare vaut le détour, avec de superbes fresques. On a pris le train entre Porto et Guimaraes, on a payé moins de 30€ pour l A/R à 2.
Train climatisé et propre.
