CASA LOPES
Far from the crowd of the Ribeira, close to the Douro, this small typical restaurant is located in the calm of a small dead end. This is where the workers meet for their lunch break. The menu of the day, proposed at a very reasonable price, is composed of a meat or a fish with a drink, bread and coffee. Grilled fish or calamari, veal chops served with French fries, the cuisine is family style in this restaurant that has been open for fifty years. The service is efficient and friendly. Nothing to do with some of the "tourist traps" in the neighborhood.
