ZÉ BOTA
In a well-hidden alleyway lies this small, intimate restaurant offering refined, efficient Portuguese cuisine. It's the place to be if you want to dine on the famous bacalao, featured in 4 different recipes, in front of crates of wine. The baked cod with potatoes and cabbage is a knockout, as is the octopus. Good selection of wines and ports. Portions are ultra-generous. However, if you're not hungry, you can order your dessert in half portions: smart! Reasonable prices. Good welcome, fast but attentive service.
