El personal muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones muy bien aunque la cama es muy dura. Lo único negativo es el desayuno. Lo veo muy caro para lo que hay y no es lo publicitado.

O Porto Palácio Hotel by The Editory é um estabelecimento de renome que oferece uma experiência agradável aos hóspedes. A equipe é atenciosa e o ambiente é sofisticado. No entanto, é importante mencionar que a limpeza dos carpetes poderia ser melhorada, garantindo assim um ambiente ainda mais impecável. ???? No geral, a estadia foi satisfatória e o hotel continua sendo uma opção viável para quem visita a cidade do Porto.

Viajaba por trabajo y la agencia de viajes había reservado y pagado la habitación. Al hacer el checkin me atendió un chico joven diciendo que estaba sin pagar, yo le dije que por favor lo comprobara que estaba pagada y él me insistió en múltiples ocasiones que estaba sin pagar y con malos modales. Pagué la habitación y posteriormente comprobándolo con la agencia estaba pagada efectivamente. Bajé varias veces y me decían que estaban comprobando el pago con la central de reservas. Por la mañana bajo y el personal de por la mañana no sabía nada, pero me lo resolvieron enseguida, haciéndome la devolución y con un trato formidable. Felicito al personal de por la mañana y al de por la tarde, por favor que cuiden las formas y la comunicación. Son un suplicio estos trámites.

Estivemos presentes para um evento corporativo e decidimos prolongar a estadia com uma noite no hotel. O atendimento é impecável, desde a recepção, limpeza, bar e tudo o mais que podem imaginar. Os quartos são extremamente confortáveis e o pequeno almoço tem boas opções. Infelizmente não conseguimos frequentar o spa por falta de tempo na agenda mas ficará para uma próxima com certeza. Ah, a vista do terraço é espetacular.

Quarto muito sujo, carpetes por aspirar, móveis com uma camada generosa de pó, as portas com marcas de dedos, a banheira com silicone preto e estúpida. Relatamos a pessoa na receção que disse que iria reportar a governanta. E se não bastasse o papel higiénico de baixíssima qualidade, uma lixa. Depois do check out fomos tomar um café na beira do Douro e para minha surpresa o papel higiénico do bar era de qualidade muito superior ao do hotel. Super desapontada!

Stay here for my birthday weekend and it was gorgeous. The view from the rooftop bar/restaurant was incredible.
The staff were friendly and really helpful. They were always ready to guide and advise guests.

The interior of the hotel might benefit from a bit of an update, yet it has its own unique charm. The most significant advantage of this hotel is its service, which I would rate as 10/10. A man in glasses went above and beyond to help solve issues that were outside the scope of standard service. The entire staff was incredibly kind and super friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Funcionários muito receptivos, onde fui bem tratado e direcionado para área de eventos que foi o meu propósito. Estacionamento privado, espaço amplo com lojas comerciais.

Très bel hôtel, un peu éloigné du centre ville. Très bon service. Petit déjeuner très copieux.

Starting off I went to this hotel with two friends staying in a 3 person executive suite, experiencing Portugal and its culture for the first time. In regards to this hotel, the location is not it's best feature. Our first day there we walked within a mile radius of our hotel and did not see anything extraordinary like you would walking through it’s more popular attractions such as Luis bridge, chapel of souls, Crystal Palace gardens..etc.
This is the only negative thing I have to say about this hotel and in its defence, it’s a cheaper price than most in Porto and lives up to its 5* status. Therefore this may very well benefit you more. Transport is very cheap, so getting an Uber to the more popular Porto was 5-10€. Or you may choose to walk 45-60mins.

The hotel offers a 24/7 bar in the lobby area which had great ambience, good music and a vast range of drinks and food to have. Me and my friends finished most nights staying in the bar having some wine and complimentary nuts. It has a breakfast room costing 20€ PP a day which is great if you want to fill yourself up for the day considering they have plenty of breakfast choices and styles. They have a wide range of juices and sparkling wine and port included which I thought was a great touch. Lastly they had a rooftop restaurant/bar area which is what I believe was the hotels best feature. Being one of the tallest buildings in Porto the view was stunning during the day and night. I hadn’t eaten in the restaurant up there but their menu was good. Most nights I was in the bar lounge drinking wine and gazing into a beautiful lit up view of the city. I would like to give a special thanks to the bartenders, Daniel, Daniel, Diego and Rosa (apologises if names were spelt incorrect). All staff were very professional, friendly, helpful and welcoming and showed a great example of going above and beyond within their service.

The room we shared was great. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean and came with lots of accessories to help and the showers were fantastic. We were given a complimentary small bottle of port which all 3 of us could have a glass of and was lovely. Two bottles of water and a box of Portuguese tarts. This was a real nice touch and a great welcome introducing us to the beautiful country’s culture. You are also given a welcome drink which is a port and tonic which was okay but would be nice if there was a wider range.

The hotel also offers a spa facility and gym. This was impressive as it was one of the biggest hotel gyms I’ve been to and was a decent quality. The pool was quite small and had a max 4 people to do their lengths but the spa and steam room were spacious and great.

In regards to improvements, I would say having board games like a chess set or some playing cards kept at reception would be a nice touch for anyone wanting to have some drinks and chill in the bar.

Overall my 3 night visit was great and I would highly suggest anyone wanting to visit Porto and stay in a stylish, welcoming and comfortable hotel. This is the place to go to. I will be returning to experience a hot and sunny Porto later this year.

Lovely rooms. Very good service. A bit out of the way but some great local cafes and restaurants.

Lo mejor de todo el hotel la cama.luego tiene sus fallos.tiene carencia de enchufes.para ser un hotel de 5estrellas la comida es pesima y muy desajustada cn el precio.el personal de recepción muy amable.y unas vistas muy bonitas en la azotea.

Nos ha encantado el hotel, el trato del personal fue muy bueno y acogedor. La piscina y el spa nos gustó mucho. Las habitaciones maravillosas. Las vistas desde el bar muy buenas. Repetiremos

De todos os hotéis que estivemos eu e a minha namorada, sem dúvida foi a melhor estadia que tivemos. Fomos muito bem recepcionados, tivemos um atendimento por todas a gente do hotel magnífico e sempre prontos para resolver todos os problemas que apareceram. Muitos parabéns por tudo e de nossa parte um Muito Obrigado

Situé un peu en dehors de la ville, cet hôtel est bien desservi par les transports en commun. La chambre est confortable et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le personnel agréable.

Not so far the city centre: there is but to 201 - which get there directly and stops in front of the hotel.
Super lounge bar on the top floor with stunning views over the Douro and the ocean.
Breakfast room with the sinister basement; too bad
