Estuvimos alojados 8 noches en diciembre del 2022 y la verdad es que la experiencia fue muy buena. El servicio, las habitaciones, la ubicación y el desayuno estuvieron a la altura y no puedo hacer otra cosa más que recomendar este hotel.

La única pega en mi opinión fue el café de los desayunos. Terrible si estás acostumbrado a un buen café. Dicho esto, todo lo demás fue genial. Muy recomendable!

Un super hôtel que je recommande et où nous reviendrons. Une propreté absolue que ce soit les chambres ou tout le reste. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est parfait, il y en a pour tout le monde ! Le service au bar est super, le serveur que nous avons eu était d'une gentillesse incroyable. Tout comme les réceptionnistes qui sont à l'écoute, professionnels et de très bon conseil quand on ne connait pas la ville. L'emplacement est idéal pour se visiter Porto en toute tranquillité ! Tout est proche. un hôtel de qualité avec une piscine magnifique. Nous recommandons +++ !

Desilusão total. Staff sem nenhuma formação nem supervisão. Às 8h50 fui acordada com o staff a bater à porta para limpar. Não permiti a entrada pois pretendia dormir mais. No entanto, não consegui pois para limparem os restantes quartos, falavam alto umas com as outras, na verdade eram gritos, aspiradores ligados. Um verdadeiro inferno para quem foi acordado e pagou bem para poder descansar. Um ambiente de enorme falta de educação e respeito pelo cliente. Não voltarei e se pretendem descansar e serem bem tratados não venham também.
