Just off the upper pedestrian section of the Luis I Bridge, the Casa da Guitarra invites you to attend an hour-long fado show every evening. In an intimate setting, the duo of guitarists and singer transport you into the melancholy world of fado. A glass of wine (or water) is served during the break. It's a great way to get acquainted with this authentic music. In its store and workshop, Casa da Guitarra showcases traditional Portuguese stringed instruments and also offers lessons.

Expérience inoubliable
Instants sublimes, les chanteuses ont des voix et une technique incroyables. Les guitaristes sont au top. L'accueil est très bien avec un bon verre de Porto au milieu du spectacle. Pas besoin de comprendre le portugais pour vibrer au son du Fado. Moi qui voyais le Fado comme du folklore désuet, j'ai été enthousiasmé par cette musique, le blues du Portugal !!
