This is the International Film Festival of Porto. Very famous, it exists since 1981 and honours the fantastic.

This is the Porto International Film Festival. This renowned festival has been in existence since 1981. Fantasporto is dedicated to international and Portuguese fantasy genre films. During a short week at the end of February, feature-length and short films are shown at the famous Rivoli Theater. A jury meets to award a prize to the best film. Danny Boyle's Petits meurtres entre amis and David Fincher's Seven have won awards in previous editions. Belgian filmmaker Karim Ouelhaj's horror film Megalomaniac won the 2023 edition.
