Ferreira is a brand with a Portuguese soul. Thanks to the strength of the heiress of the group in the early nineteenth century, the house grew and gained prestige. Dona Antonia was a well-known figure in the region. This iron lady single-handedly overcame several problems that threatened the vineyards and the production of port wine at that time. Today the brand belongs to a Portuguese group and Dona Antonia decorates the bottles of the Reserva Ports, which are very popular with the Portuguese. Less frequented than the famous other wineries but perhaps more authentic.
