IGREJA DE SÃO FRANCISCO
The interior of this church is one of Portugal's most remarkable Baroque and Rococo ensembles.
Initially a Gothic church, its interior is known as one of Portugal's finest Baroque Rococo ensembles, with an impressive display of gilded and endlessly carved woodwork. Of particular note is the family tree of Jesus Christ (on the left as you enter). Opposite the main entrance, you can also visit the small Museum of Sacred Art and the crypt, filled with thousands of tombs of nobles from the 7th to the 19th centuries, decorated with skulls and crossbones (note the glass window with the pile of bones on the floor). Atmosphere.

Une crypte à visiter avec un nombre incalculable de tombeaux.
en sortant il y a un petit marché au palais de la bourse et en bas des marche le tramway qui longe le Douro jusqu'à l'Océan, balade sympa à faire
