Simple and friendly hotel-restaurant with fully equipped rooms overlooking the splendid peaks of Gabas.
On the one hand, it is the hotel with its 16 simple rooms that modernize every year with more contemporary fabrics, blond wood heads or darker. No TV in the rooms but a lounge area with original chairs, red and black, a small relaxation room with TV, Baby foot, company games… and a view of the splendid summits, should be emphasized! On the other side of the street, the restaurant with its summer terrace. There, there is a mountain spirit of the finest effect, with stuffed animals, brass and old pendulum that animate this intimate space. A royal eagle-size eagle overlooks the small bar, not far from the few tables of fuchsia and beige with their charming little candle, on the background of the animated walls of wine from a new stained glass window. Under the eye of Viviane Gantheil, in the dining room, the chef, Dominique Dacosta, concocts traditional local cuisine: Real garnish, duck confit, juran trout, braised lamb, Pyrenees cheese, and blueberry pie or Basque cake. Simple and user friendly.

Moyennant quoi, Chez VIGNAU, c’est comme à la maison, été, comme hiver. Les repas et petits déjeuners y sont copieux et d'excellente qualité.
Remarquable rapport qualité-prix, avec en plus un excellent accueil.
