The sign was founded in 2007 in Boitron by the two brothers Guilmau, Nicolas and Tony, butchers, butcups, catchers, pastries. Two years later, they were rewarded with the 1 st prize of the artisan of the year, awarded by the trade chamber, for their professional qualities and their ability to innovate.
