A hotel near the lake of Starnberg.
The Landhotel Huber am See is idyllically located on the shores of Lake Starnberg. An ideal address for a long term holiday, the water sports centre and the beach are just 50 m below. A family-run hotel with a 60-year tradition, 39 rooms and 3 apartments with a high level of comfort. All rooms have their own bathroom and some have a balcony. The murals in the wellness area are particularly kitschy, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a sauna. Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Free parking.

Die Lage direkt am Starnberger See ist einmalig - vor allem, wenn man einen der leckeren Kuchen oder Torten (große Auswahl) direkt auf einer der Liegen am See genießen kann. Gerne wieder.

We were happy initially to have found the restaurant still serving food. The personnel is friendly but a bit slow. It was still quite full when we arrived but many of the guests then left. So we can only partly accept this as an excuse. It took more than half an hour to get the dessert. Maybe they had to send for the person who usually prepares it. It will remain a secret. The food could have been considered ok if it was cheaper. But for the prices charged it’s actually bad.

Kein "verbohrtes" Personal. Durften uns, auf Nachfrage, an einen reservierten Tisch setzen, wenn wir bis zur Reservierungszeit fertig mit Essen sind (alle anderen Plätze im Pavillon waren voll). Die Aussicht auf den See war schön. Die Kuchen-/Tortenauswahl sensationell, die Stückgröße passend zum Preis, geschmacklich sehr gut.
