This train takes a rather beautiful route from the main square in the centre of Linz to the hilltop district of Pöstlingberg at the northern end of the city. The journey takes about 20 minutes and the vehicle has been running for over 100 years, giving it a special charm. For the more nostalgic, it is possible to make the journey in a beautifully renovated old wagon. A charming little ride.
