The first monastery of the minor Brothers dates back to 1236. But, as in Austria, after a turbulent history, religious orders flourished and, in 1751, the monastery of the monastery was reorganized in the rococo style under the direction of Johann Matthias Krinner. The adjoining building, now headquarters of the Land government, was once a convent. In particular, you will notice the decorated nave with astonishing richness. The paintings of the master altar are due to Bartolomeo Altomonte, the symphonies are De Modler. The minor brothers are religious from the order founded by Saint Francis of Assisi, thus Franciscans, capuchin and mary.
