The office offers a list of hotels, city maps, guided tours (in German), etc. It also sells the "Ulm Card", which is quickly interesting. Indeed, it offers free bus and train rides in Ulm and Neu-Ulm, for a whole day from 7pm the day before, free entrance to most museums, a guided tour of the city, access to the cathedral tower, bike rental for a whole day, a concert in the cathedral, free entrance to the animal park and swimming pools...
