Masterfully run by the jovial Andrea Bertucci (a member of the Slow-Food movement), this inn offers the very best in local gastronomy. The large tables put everyone at ease and ensure a warm atmosphere. But above all, it's a treat for your taste buds, with every product carefully selected. A tasting menu lets you sample everything from vegetable pie to sublime porcini sausage, pecorino cheese and delicious homemade tarts. To top it all off, the cellar is well-stocked.

Un caratteristico negozio di alimentari, dove si può mangiare e si può anche acquistare i prodotti appena assaggiati. Le pareti delle sale sono cariche di prodotti locali. Cena a base di assaggi di prodotti locali. Farro fresco, piatto del buttero, polenta Formenton con formaggio, torte salate con zucchine e con riso, antipasto di salumi misti locali. Birra locale ambrata e alla castagna buonissima.
