ECO-VILLAGE DE NAM LIK

The eco-village of Nam Lik aims to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly tourism. Because of its privileged location, it has become a biodiversity study center where many internationally renowned scientists are found to benefit from this environment for discoveries of wildlife and flora. Nam Lik Eco-Village offers the opportunity to melt into nature, allowing travelers and all nature lovers to rejuvenate themselves in a separate universe. In parallel with the projects are carried out with the neighboring village, Ban That-Wang Monh (7 km).

You can go to the bar restaurant overlooking the river for laotian or French dishes. The kitchen is prepared with local seasonal products. This is the ideal place to escape Vang Vieng's madness; the place looks like a attic museum filled with vanneries, antiques, butterfly collections, books, musical instruments and company games. On the other hand, you can stay in a bamboo bungalow built on the pilgrimage, and you take the proposed activities: walks to waterfalls, kayaking, hiking, fishing, bird watching… Some are included in the price, others are not. For example, for a hike to the waterfalls it takes US $ 8 per person (3 hours with a Lao guide) and 3 USD for the descent of the river into kayak (between 1 hour and 2 hours 30).
