Established for more than a century in the heart of the small village of Carspach, this restaurant will delight you with its carp and French fries! These are cooked with fresh and local products: the carps come from the fish farm of Friesen, a few kilometers away. It's hard to imagine a shorter route! As a member of the "route de la carpe frite", the restaurant has made it its speciality but also offers classic French dishes if the fish is not to your taste.

Il n'y a qu'avec la truite bleue qu'il faudrait un autre légume, au lieu d'une pomme de terre cuite coupée en deux, car il y a déjà des frites en accompagnement.
Avec plaisir à nouveau. À recommander.
Mais obligé de sacrifié une étoile pour le bruit en salle :)
