Established for more than a century in the heart of the small village of Carspach, this restaurant will delight you with its carp and French fries! These are cooked with fresh and local products: the carps come from the fish farm of Friesen, a few kilometers away. It's hard to imagine a shorter route! As a member of the "route de la carpe frite", the restaurant has made it its speciality but also offers classic French dishes if the fish is not to your taste.

Malheureusement, nous avons reçu une table en face de l'entrée.
N'y allez pas pour être au calme. Beaucoup de couverts. Énorme salle. Mais friture excellente.
N'hésitez pas et en plus c'est abordable !!
