At the restaurant La Couronne, the star is the carp! Established for more than a century in the heart of the small village of Carspach, this restaurant will delight you with its carp and French fries! These are cooked with fresh and local products: the carps come from the fish farm of Friesen, a few kilometers away. It's hard to imagine a shorter route! As a member of the "route de la carpe frite", the restaurant has made it its speciality but also offers classic French dishes if the fish is not to your taste.

très connu dans le Sundgau pour ces carpes frites.
Les carpes sont fraîches mais très grasse, éponge à huile , la salade servie avec beigne également dans la vinaigrette.
Pour moi de ne sont pas les meilleurs carpes de la route des carpes.

Les carpes sont archi fraîches du jour, leur panure à la semoule fait qu'elles sont croustillantes et absolument pas grasses.
Les frites sont bio et maison, les pommes de terre proviennent du champ d'à côté ! A recommander les yeux fermés.
