Take approximately an hour to go from Cape Town to Simon's Town. From Muizenberg, the train runs along the coast, a beautiful journey. Pay attention to the peak hours (early in the morning and at the end of the day from), the train is crowded and it spoils the pleasure.
From the train station turn left and walk straight from 10 to 15 minutes to reach the centre and waterfront.
