Franck left the kitchens of the prestigious but stuffy restaurant La Colombe, in Constantia, to open his more convivial and experimental restaurant. This passionate man gives free rein to all his fantasies, and it's all the better for us. The Bistro menu, which changes according to the season, remains affordable.
