Most locals and taxi drivers still know this establishment by its former name, the Baba Ata café, which has become very popular with tourists. A peaceful room set back from the street, with six tables and a terrace at the back. Kyrgyz and dungan specialties, fried mantys are especially recommended. Fresh produce and Cibirskaya under pressure: the address was enough to appeal to passing travelers who meet there, 100 meters from the CBT office. A menu in English is a must for any tourist success.
