A convenient place to stay in a hotel, not too expensive and close to the center. But don't look for anything else, and be aware that even "cheap" is still a little too expensive for this Soviet-style establishment, which could do with a solid refresh. In the best rooms, however, you'll find a TV and hot water. The vaguely repainted lobby is a little more "smiling", but the whole is still expensive considering the level of services offered. Try to negotiate the rates if you're staying more than one night - it's usually possible.
