THE WORKSHOPS OF THE RED SQUARE
This old barracks have been rehabilitated into an unlikely artistic place in this rural site
In the village centre, this old barracks has been restored as an unlikely artistic site in this rural setting. All wooden bars, it houses the Workshops of the Red Square which have been given to create bridges between artists and the adult audience and children. The workshops host two exhibitions per year in the gallery section, one in spring and another in the fall. This site also houses workshops by Léo Baron and Françoise Pacé, artists who live in La Ferté-Macé. These dazzling artists, the sculptor and the painter, are also involved in the cultural life of the region. They do not spare their strength to give life to beautiful projects, to animate internships and events.
