The great classics are represented, with or without milk(stracciatella, pistachio, cocoa, hazelnut, lemon, peach, almond...), but the local specialties are well worth trying. Leave room for curiosity and the discovery of new flavors, such as bacio alla carruba, for example, whose taste can be surprisingly unusual.
