Albergo Ristorante Bologna is a small, welcoming structure with a bar and restaurant specializing in traditional cuisine, located in the historic center of Varese. Part of an ancient monastic complex dating back to 1550, Hotel Bologna has been managed for over 65 years by the Lorenzini family in an extremely pleasant, family atmosphere.

Pranzo a Varese dal Bologna mai più per qualità dei prodotti pessimi abbiamo il piatto pieno d'acqua altro che salsa mangiato un osso buco bolito del acqua senza sapore con una polenta da un ristorante non faccio una polenta da 5min uno schiffo da stare male non sapeva di nulla la polenta con osso buco e tutta un altra cosa lo mangiata su i navigli a Milano perfetta e costava molto bene questo piatto è davvero da vergognarsi portarlo sul tavolo del cliente. Adios un posto con tutte quei adesivi su la porta dovresti toglierli siete stati una volta su le guide ora nemmeno alle guide dei camionisti. Un consiglio cambiate il cuoco. Delusione da chiudere una cucina da incubo siamo pure stati male !!
