KHUN DAN PRAKAN CHON DAM
Home to a 93-metre-high dam, the site offers a wide range of activities, including boat tours on a river.
This imposing dam is the largest in Thailand: 93 meters high and 2.7 km long! It was built in 2005 to face the numerous floods of the Nakhon Nayok river. Several activities are proposed on the spot. Small restaurants are on the spot. One can of course walk along the dam and enjoy the panorama offered. The visits by boat are the principal attraction. We go up the river surrounded by mountains to admire different waterfalls: Chong Lom, Pha Ngam Ngon, and Khlong Kram.
