Located 13 km southwest of Suzhou. Surplombe Lake Taihu. Its old pagoda is worth the visit. Its highly active monastery is one of the most important centres of the Buddhist Institute of China: visible in the distance thanks to its ochre walls which contrast with the traditional white of the region.
